- Perform combustion analysis
- Clean frame sensor
- Clean blower compartment (in place)
11-Point AC Clean and Check
- Test sequence of operation
- Measure refrigerant pressure and temperatures
- Lubricate motors and bearings
- Clean condensate and drain line
- Inspect all electrical connections
- Check amp draw on motors
- Test capacitor
- Chemically clean outdoor coil
- Clean evaporator coil (in place)
- Treat condensate drain pan
- Calibrate thermostat
